INDUSTRIAL GRADE MODIFIED STARCH

About

Industrial grade modified starch is a type of starch that has been chemically or physically altered to change its properties. It is commonly used in food and beverage applications as a thickener, stabilizer, or emulsifier. Modified starch can also be used in industrial applications such as adhesives, surface coatings, and paper products. The exact composition of industrial grade modified starch varies depending on the source material and the desired end use. However, all types of modified starch share one common trait: they are highly resistant to heat, cold, and acidity. This makes them ideal for use in processes where high temperatures or aggressive chemicals are present. As a result, industrial grade modified starch is an important ingredient in countless manufacturing applications.
